Meet Our Director
My name is Julie Knoke, and I am the Executive Director at The Elegant Child Early Learning Center! With 30 years of experience working in the Education industry, I am still as passionate about children as I was on my first day teaching Kindergarten.
I am committed to providing a positive, safe and educational environment for children, families, staff and teachers. I’m a native of St. Louis, currently residing in Ballwin. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, playing with my dog, watching sports and visiting my nieces and nephews.
