School Age/Summer Camp
Morning And Afternoon Fun For School-Age Children
Our After School & School Out Programs provide a safe and fun environment for all students (up to 12 y.o) to participate in academic, leisure and recreational activities outside of the traditional school hours. Students learn to look at their work with curiosity, independence, responsibility, initiative, creativity, a willingness to take risks, perseverance, and they learn to ask questions. They develop skills that meet the objectives in language and literacy, mathematics, social studies, science, technology, and the arts. Through their studies, they learn to function as contributing members of a community.
Camp Cool
Camp Cool is a summer of fun featuring field trips, swimming, and daily activities. Campers will enjoy a fun and exciting summer from the first week to the last! Exciting adventures will include historic and cultural trips like the Missouri Botanical Gardens and fun outings like roller skating and bowling. In addition to field trips, each child will be involved in three activity groups per day including a sporting event, a special event, and arts and crafts.
Sporting Events include individual, team, and group games such as martial arts, dance, gymnastics and more. Special events will include cooking, fun science experiments which involve making a volcano and spa fun like making lip gloss. In Arts and Crafts, children will be given opportunities to design and create jewelry, make, and paint clay pots, learn to tie-dye and explore different types of artistic media for each budding artist!
